UpFront Remodeling is a design-build contractor founded in Encino in 2009 (CSLB #1101426). We take kitchens, bathrooms, ADUs, additions, backyards, pools and exterior work from design and structural engineering through city permitting and construction, all coordinated as one project, for homeowners across Los Angeles, the San Fernando Valley, Santa Clarita and the Conejo Valley. Most kitchen remodels run $35,000–$150,000 over four to eight weeks; a full bathroom runs $20,000–$60,000 over three to six weeks. Every estimate is free and itemized.
